The Firm

“No quarter asked, No quarter given.” This is the principle which the lawyers in CHAVEZ MIRANDA ASEOCHE LAW OFFICES subscribe to when handling the cases of their clients.

Co-founded by the late former Solicitor General Atty. Francisco (Frank) I. Chavez – who emerged as one of the foremost and fearless lawyers in this country until his demise in September 2013 – the CHAVEZ MIRANDA ASEOCHE Law Firm has been known for its courageous and zealous advocacy of the causes of its clients.

The firm used to be known as Chavez Laureta & Associates Law Offices established by Attys. Chavez, Jose C. Laureta and Nordy P. Diploma in August 1992 and later became Chavez Laureta and Associates Law Offices. With the retirement of Atty. Laureta in August 2001 and the elevation of Attys. Buenaventura B. Miranda and Luis Angel G. Aseoche as name partners, the firm became known as the Chavez Miranda Aseoche Law Offices (“CMA Law”) beginning January 1, 2004.
